Is there such a thing????

A friend asked if I could recommend a no drip sippy cup…I looked at her like she had just proclaimed the world flat!  I felt like I had tried them all and what she (and all other moms were begging or) just didn’t exist.  But then I remembered a friend with a darling little girl that carried around a little canteen.  The last time we were with them, Addie thought it was really cool and kept trying to take it, and I didn’t recall it ever leaking…..soooooo a quick call to my girlfriend gave me the name, Klean Kanteen and she LOVES and highly recommends it!  Could it be true??  One that works!?!?!?

I quickly bought the next day and started putting it through the Tornaddie ringer.  And WOW did it pass with flying colors.  We have had it about 2 weeks now and I think it is the only cup we use 90% of the time (the other 10% is only because it’s being washed).  She carries it, knocks it, drops it, bangs it on the table, holds it in a football hold upside down under her arm….NOTHING.  The only time it has leaked is when 8 1/2 month old Hayden get a hold of it and somehow managed to twist the cap a bit.  Not sure how she does it (probably the teething phase and chewing at it from all angles) but Addie never has.  The only cristism my friend had was that the colored Kanteens tend to chip a bit and lose their colors, but that the stainless steel version was AWESOME.  I’m standing behind it and plan to buy a few more.  They are a little pricey, but for one that works, I’m OK with that!!
