I know the youngest suffers it worst but I figure we are in the trenches now or 2 years from now when her public school life starts. I think PRETEND CITY is on our list today, I have heard great things about it, again thanks for sharing your BRILLIANT ideas for the littles in our lives. We also prefer to go to the member only hour at Pretend City that is from 9 - 10A. It opens to non members at 10A. I like to think this is the cleanest time. They also have cleaning stations at each of the play areas where you can leave your toys if your kids have had them in their mouths so they can be wiped down before the next child has it in his/her mouth. BUT I will also so, I'm a firm believer in the 5 second rule for food that falls in the ground and that dirt never hurt anyone. I dont try to expose the girls to extra germs, but also know there is only so much you can do and a little exposure helps build immunity! I took my boys to Pretend City yesterday as well. I had actually never heard of the place, but heard about it from a friend a week or so ago. Finally had the chance to take the boys yesterday.
