Well, I have to apologize as it seems I made some readers anxious I had gone into early labor because there wasn’t a post Monday morning! So sorry! Not nearly as exciting as that!! Just had a super busy weekend and it seems both girls came down with colds again so my time got away from me.
BUUUT, I do have a great little product tip to share with you and it SAVED me when the girls had first come down with colds a few weeks ago (Pnemonia and Bronchitis)….
They of course had no appetite and weren’t even interested in eating the Pedialyte pops (which both normally suck down like they are Otterpops!). I had been sent a package of samples from Ella’s Kitchen to try out, and in desperate resort to see if they would eat SOMETHING, I grabbed a couple and gave them to both girls.
THEY SUCKED THEM DOWN! I looked at them totally wide eyed and grabbed a couple more…..
Once more, GONE!
I was ecstatic!
Addie is used to this type of snack as we usually by the applesauce at Trader Joe’s in the squeeze containers, but I love that the Ella’s Kitchen products come with other fruits and vegetables as well as a smoothie option. And while both girls are pretty good about eating whatever we give them when we are out, they also get “distracted” in busy and fun surroundings, so it’s nice to have these in my bag to give them as they feel like they are getting a treat, and I know they are eating something healthy!

If you are in California, you can also find them at Bristol Farms in Southern California, and Whole Foods in Northern California.
A definite favorite to carry in my diaper bag for the Littles!
