We love pancakes in our house. The weekends are just meant to eat pancakes. Been eating them on the weekends since hubs and I were dating, and now we have the girls addicted too. This is our pancake recipe that we die.die.die over on Saturdays (“I would just die.die.die…” ~ anyone know the show??) But I have NEVER, I mean, NEVER attempted pancakes like these! Can you believe some of them??? Jim’s Pancakes has just found himself a new favorite!! WOW! Pretty sure my Littles would conquer!

Amazing!!! Just found your blog. Thanks for sharing your recipe. We love pancakes too but I never spend time to make them from scratch. I was thinking the “die” quote was from Jack on “Will & Grace” from a few years ago (hysterical!) bc we use his version a lot, but now I see someone mentioned Rachel Zoe…I love that show too! So which is it?!?

Jamie, you’re right! It was Jack from “Will & Grace”. I love that line for some reason :-) I had a design assistant at one time and the 2 of us used the line all.the.time! Hope you make the from scratch recipe…it’s truly so easy. I make it w/o the blueberries 90% of the time and it ALWAYS gets rave reviews!! Enjoy!
