As a reminder to everyone.  Our family is currently eating basically every meal out of Flat Belly Family Diet (FBFD) cookbook. Even if you’re not doing the diet, I would definitely recommend trying some of these recipes!  So far everything we’ve tried, we’ve liked!  And it’s always nice to have a few easy, tasty, and healthy dinners up your sleeve. This week I am also trying a few recipes from The Flat Belly Diet (FBD) cookbook as well.

Monday:
“Fried” Corn & BBQ Chicken (p 228 FBFD)

Tuesday:
Mexican Grilled Corn (p 223 FBFD)
3 oz Grilled Chicken
1 cup Strawberries

Wednesday:
Spaghetti & Meatballs (p 164 FBFD)

Thursday:
Chicken Cutlets with Bacon & Avocado (p 150 FBFD)
Garlic Mashed Potatoes (p 226 FBFD)

Friday:
Broccoli Chicken Casserole (p 188 FBFD)

Saturday:
Stir-Fried Rice with Asian Veggies & Beef (p 212 FBD)
