Our Little Punks LOVE pancakes. Seriously, if all else fails, put a pancake on their plates and the world is perfect again. On the weekends for basically their whole lives, we quite often make homemade pancakes (Honestly, the best pancakes in the world, with or without the blueberries).

But I don't always have the time to make them on the weekdays. I was super excited to find the Gluten & Dairy Homestyle Pancakes at Trader Joes. I take the Gluten & Dairy Free part to be a bonus as we don't have any particular sensitivities in our house, but the pancakes are TASTY!
